TALK to us
Access to work visited me in December. But now they recommended different things to what we discussed and I'm not sure if this is right?
My query was re Radio Mic (not nice - automatic fill in on my kindle). Basically at the meeting, the lady talked about a Roger Pen and I asked for training for my colleagues. Now the letter has come from DWP and it refers to a phonak Radio system and 6 'Coping Strategy' sessions - I didn't ask for them. So what do I do?
I would go back to AtW and ask the assessor why she's changed it from what was discussed at the meeting. There might be some sort of mix up at their end.
