  • Hi Cada, how did this start out ? did it start all of a sudden that bad or did it start slowly.. I was just wondering because mine started out not as bad as it is now.. before just in one ear and now its in the other.. and plugged for 2 months now.. Have you tried xanax.. I heard that is good for reducing tinnitus.. also a hearing aid could help.. I hope you are ok and doing better... Lisa
